These terms cover bookremodels.com and the Book Remodels service ("Book Remodels," "we," "us"), operated by Mind Lab Marketing LLC. By using this website or joining the founding list, you agree to them.

The service

Book Remodels is software for kitchen and bath remodelers. It helps answer homeowner inquiries, book estimates, send reminders and follow-up, and run advertising in your own ad account. It does not guarantee leads, appointments, jobs or income. Results depend on your market, your prices and how you sell.

Founding list

Joining the founding list is free and does not commit you to buy anything. We'll email you when checkout opens. Founding pricing applies to the first 50 paid subscribers and stays locked while the subscription remains active.

Plans, renewal and cancellation

When checkout opens, plans will be offered monthly ($250 per month) or annually ($2,000 per year). Monthly plans renew every month until cancelled and can be cancelled from your account at any time; cancelling stops future charges. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months and renew at the same price unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send a reminder before an annual plan renews. Advertising spend is billed to you directly by the ad platform. Usage such as texts, calls and phone numbers is drawn from a prepaid balance in your account.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. The day you subscribe, work and third-party costs start on your account: a business phone number, carrier registration, your booking assistant and your pages. Those can't be undone, and skipping refunds is part of how the price stays low. If you cancel a monthly plan, you won't be charged again and your account works until the end of the month you paid for; that month isn't refunded. If you cancel an annual plan, it won't renew and your account works until the end of the paid year; no full or partial refund is given.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your business information, for complying with laws that apply to your business and your communications with homeowners (including texting and calling rules), for completing your own text registration with the phone carriers, and for the accuracy of anything you publish or send.

Your data

Your homeowner list and your ad account belong to you. You can export your homeowner list from your account.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, for subscribers, tell you by email.
